My son had a random drug test at work in Clark County Indiana. The employer used the swab technique. The test showed positive. he disclosed to his employer that he is currently in an alcohol drug rehab program. The
employer sent him for a urine test and he passed. The employer terminated him because he told them he was a previous user and in rehab. Is that wrongful termination because of his disability?
