My son had a random drug test at work in Clark County Indiana. The employer
used the swab technique. The test showed positive. He told his employer
that he is currently in an alcohol drug rehab program. They sent him for a urine test and he passed. The employer terminated him because he disclosed that he was a previous user and in rehab. Is thast wrongful termination because he has a disability?
