I am 15 years old, my parents are divorced and remarried with 2 kids a piece. I argue with my mom nonstop and everytime we argue she tell me "they can give you medecine for your problems" we went to a shrink and my mom told him that I have problems and that she doesn't. When I go to my dads house he is always angry and yelling. I know it sounds like a normal teenagers but its not. I would like to get emancipated but I don't know if i can and what the requirments are in North Carolina.

You have to be 16 in order to petition for emancipation in North Carolina.
