work in NJ - do not get along w/ a co-worker - therefore we dont speak - this worker feels everyone is talking about them etc, - specifically me and has several times via email threatened to sue me for discrimination, harrassment etc. Do I need to be concerned? Also, arent these threats of suing harassing to me? due to this persons mood swings and volitile personality I do not feel safe at work. I have complained in writing to my bosses on 2 ocassions - not much done the first time - now they 'are working on it'. I've had to leave work early a few times for my own well being.

You haven't given us enough information to say. What have you done (or what does he think you have done) that is discrimatory or harassing?
