I am hearing conficting stories about being paid for your 2 weeks after handing in your regination. Does an employer have to pay you these two weeks if he or she terminates your employment on the spot in the state of Massachusetts???

In no state, including Massachusetts, is that required.

When you say "two weeks" notice, do you mean that you worked for those 2 weeks? Or, are you asking if you're entitled to 2 weeks of severance?
