If your employer knowingly exposed you to harmful chemicals with total disregard to regulations and is a government entity, do you have any recourse to sue them for problems caused by the exposure without going through workman's comp? Is there a stipulation allowing such a lawsuit occur?

Appreciate any imput.

Thanks,
