I do not have enough to go on, but if you are saying that your loan officer failed to disclose something, I am not sure what that would be. Did the loan officer not give you documents that the seller had about the property that you should have had prior to purchase. I would speak to the loan officer's broker first. The broker will hopefully be able to get things worked out positively.
