I just recently went on a interview at my old employer was offered a job. I had to take a drug test and decided to tell them up front I am pregnant and how far along. Please advised can they decide to take the job offer back since I gave them the news. :confused: I live in pa

Federal law would not permit them to withdraw a job offer on the basis of the fact that you are pregnant.

The fact that you are pregnant would not protect you if they withdrew the offer for a reason unrelated to your pregnancy; for example, if you failed the drug test.
