I just received notice that my hourly wage is going to be cut significantly and it's effective two days ago! Doesn't an employer in Indiana have to give two weeks notice when they are going to cut their employees' pay??? I had already worked and would not have!

Very few states, if any, have a 2-week notice requirement prior to reducing your hourly wage. I would say no more than half even have a law requiring prior notice at all. The Indiana DOL website is "under construction" and no state wage and hour information is available there, at least for this situation. You will have to contact them to inquire.
