I have a question about an overtime situation in Alabama. On my job, we work 7 on, 7 off. We get paid 80 hours for working the 7 straight. A few weeks ago, I had to work my 7, plus 2 extra days due to an illness in a coworkers family. Am I entitled to overtime pay regarding these 2 extra days??

You are entitled to overtime when you work more than 40 hours in a single workweek. You are not entitled to overtime based on how many days you worked.
