Two girls in my classroom have falsely accused me of rubbing them and looking at them inappropiately. Do I have any legal recourse with these girls and their parents? This incident has caused my character and ability to teach to suffer.I have talked this over with the principal and he just doesn't understand that this is a form of harrasment that I have suffered. What are legal options?

If I were you I would immediately consult an attorney. This has the potential to have long-ranging, very detrimental affects on your career. You need more specific legal help than a message board can give you.

Good luck to you.
