After 3 And A Half Years Working For Spirit Airlines, A Drug Test Was Taking For Which Resulted Positive. I Was Taking Emagrece Sim, Some Brazilian Diet Pills For Which The Makers Of These Pills Are Not Including The Real Ingredients (amphetaemines And Benzodiazepines) On Their Table. Therefore, The Consumer (just Like Myself) Is Unaware Of What They Are Taking. People Taking These Pills And Testing Positive In Urine Drug Screen Should Get A Chance To Be Re-test After A Certain Period And Keep Doing Ramdom Drug Tests. I Was Temp. Discriminated. My Weight About 6 Months Ago Was Higher Than 186 Lbs. Emagrece Sim Did Help, But At The Same Time It Was Not Worth It As For Getting Me Terminated From My Job. Emagrece Sim Is Not Fda Approved. These Counter Weight Loss Supplement Are Primarily Being Sold Over The Internet And Not Allowed To Be Imported Into The United States.

This post made me wonder about something; what, if anything, happens if you are taking a medication, such as diet pills with a doctors prescription and a drug test comes back positive. Anybody ever in this situation?
merengue; first of all, please use standard capitalization and punctuation. Capitalizing every word makes your post very hard to read. Secondly, because you believe you are entitled to a retest does not mean you are entitled to one by law. You do not post your state but in most states it is legal, and not discrimination, to term someone because they have a positive drug test.
Andrea, that happens with relative frequency. It happened to one of my best friends, not diet pills but pain medication due to a workers comp injury she'd suffered the year before. The testing doctor or clinic asked her about prescriptions before she took the test and when she tested positive, all she had to do was show a copy of the prescription. She got the job.

Such is why amphetamine based diet pills are illegal in the U.S. Did it never occur to you that there may be a valid and legitimate reason why they are not manufactured in the U.S.? I also have to ask, weren't there any adverse physical effects from the amphetamines?
If you are legitimately taking medications that a doctor has prescribed, then most companies will not terminate you. Any company is free to make their own policies regarding controlled substances. There are some industries that are regulated, and prohibit the use of controlled substances.

No at all, I was completely ignorant about the total effects those pills brought to my life. It was my second time taking those pills and never had any wrongfull symptoms.
