I am in Nebraska and recently started a new job. The agreement was that I was to have one week paid vacation starting next week. I had this vacation planned before I accepted the job and the employer agreed to pay for it. Now my employer would like me to sign an agreement that I will stay employed for a year since my vacation is paid. If for some reason I did not stay for the year what could he legally do?
