I am required to work 7 days a week from 5am to 3pm each day. The company is requiring me to also attend a meeting at 11pm until midnight which will only allow me about 3-4 hours sleep with driving time. Can they do this? :confused:

Yes, they can. I'm not saying I agree with requiring employees to work that many hours, but it is not illegal.
