Thanks for any and all posts The laws don't allow a minor to choose where they live, sorry. But it's not all bad news- your Mom can file to modify the custody order, and at your age the Judge will probably allow you to testify and state your wishes. The Judge can take your wishes into consideration, but the Judge will be the one to decide. Xena :) |
