Im from the state of Oergon! I recently showed for a scheduled shift and waited for an hour and a half to start work. My scheduled shift is a grave yard shift so in order to begin working I have to be let into the work place by a manager. The manager never showed to let me in, I wasted my time showing for work and never got paid for any hours of my scheduled shift. Am I entitled to any hours/money for showing for my shift?

Yes, you are. You showed up at the appointed time and were effectively under the employer's control for that period. It is compensable time.
