I live in a small village in alaska, and for the last year, ive been harassed on and off the job, well today i was sent home due to someone harassing me on the job site, what rights do i have? :mad:

It depends on what you mean by harassment. Not all of what many people interpret as harassment is illegal. You're going to have to provide more detail.

Stalking, threating, cussing out, making false reports to emplyor, calling my house and cussing me out, using the internet and yahoo messanger to IM me and cuss me out and threaten me. Today someone came into the office, making a false report, and my boss sent me home, due to it.

And if you had to guess why they were doing this, what would you say?
