I work at a shoe store, and every month we have a "shrink topic" (Its from loss prevention) In this bulletin they tell us ways to be safe and if we think someone is stealing from the company to inform them at 1800-555-5555
Theres alot more than that to it, but thats what it basically says.

So my store manager said if you dont remember the Topic and major points of the bulletin I will not give you your paycheck untill you rewrite and memorize the paper.

Is this legal? I mean I worked for that money then theyre gonna give me this BS.

Please Help! thanks for looking.

No, it's not legal. If he refuses to give you your paycheck, file a claim for unpaid wages with your state DOL.
