I work in Indiana at a company of about 100 employees. I am a supervisor and feel I am being verbally harassed by the vice president of the company. She is not my manager. I have expressed my concern to my manager, our HR rep, and also the President of the company. Nothing is being done. I feel that she is verbally abusive in front of my peers and once pushed me into a room to tell me to do something. At first, I was told it was being looked into but then was told they never did. They don't want me to go to our parent company's HR and I don't know where to turn. I have numerous letters to the President asking for it to stop and am leaving work early on days where there are confrontations. Others have noticed her harsh ways towards me. Is what she is doing harassment and where can I turn?
