Question for you: My boss has been planning a vacation for a month or so, and I would have no work for 2 weeks. So, I put in 2 weeks of overtime to make-up for this "vacation". I did this all in one pay period, so that I would get time and a half as an added bonus. Today (payday) I come to find out that he is just going to "add it to the weeks i'm off", So there won't be any time and a half. So my question is this: Is this legal at all? We never discussed how i would get payed, because he has infact payed me overtime, in the past. thank you.

I am in wyoming.

No, this is not legal. If you worked anything over 40 hours, you are entitled to your pay at 1.5 times your regular wage.
