I'm payed hourly. I work the weekend shift which consists of three 12 hour days Fri-Sun. We are being forced to work an extra hour and if we don't we'll
get a half point for not staying. The problem is they won't tell us until four hours before its time to leave. Sometimes as short is two hours before. Are they able to do it. There's no emergence just the work keeps on coming and were not suppose to leave anymore than 1000 orders for the next day.

Yes, this is legal. I'm not saying I agree with handling it this way, but legally they can tell you as you're putting on your coat to go home, that you have to take your coat off and go back to work.
