Join my group ALIA. Me and my mods have a cool new searcher who is
making fines left and right. Her name is Diana and she is an espert
searcher from Maryland. She is new on Yahoo groups and we dont know
if she is an adoptee or birthparent but she is an expert and that is a
fact. Join our group now and find your birthparent or son or daughter
or whoever you are loooking for because Diana is free and she is now
looking for my father Harry Johnson. My mods and me welcome you all.
Block your ears for the bad music because i can't figure out how to
get it off the page.

Searchers are needed badly .
You say she is an " expert " so she obviously is with a company .
May I ask what the company name is ? Before using someone it
is best to get information on who it is . I keep up with searchers and
if this person is an expert I am sure that I would regognize her email
address .

alt.adoption.searching?

Fines? I think you mean finds, but if the arguments flying on a.a.s. are
anything to go by, it may well be fines.

Forget the music, I gave up after five pages of very large, slow
downloading, badly taken photos of her friends.

Bernice is known as a back-stabbing trouble maker throughout the entire
adoption community. Yeah, she'll call you "Hon" to your face and state that
she can do lookups for you at the West Virginia Archives, but the truth is,
she won't leave her home to help anybody and doesn't follow leads in her own
search. Here's what her group is really about. Take a look at the members
in the picture below and decide for yourself if you want to join her group.
Why she uses religious symbols and references to Angels and God is beyond
the comprehension of most since she has openly stated that she is a
practicing Wiccan.

LOL - I found it amusing that this is such an *exclusive* group that there
is only ONE member.

We are not psychos but we have to be careful on who we let join our
group. We want everybody to give us their real name, address and
phone number so me and my mods can verfy that a real person and not
somebody with a fake name joins our group ALIA. You would not want a
bunch of fakes on a group of yours so we have that rule. If you don't
get us a number and a real address my mods and me cant approve you,
hon so please just try and give us the correct info when you rejoin
and we will be happy to let you on board.

That's what I thought, Robin. Sort of, 'Me and me mods are sharpening our brollies . . . ' It also brought back memories of cool gear (most specifically my very tasty Mary Quant black corderoy knickerbocker suit - with buckles) and Sassoon hair-cuts.

Which did you favour, Lambretta or Vespa? Or were you a posh 'stay out of
the rain' Mod with a Ford Anglia or Popular?

Ah, Roger Daltry. Now there was a name to conjure with.

I found a battered copy of 'The Clockwork Orange' in a second hand bookshop the other day. Put it side by side with 'Absoluter Beginners' for the kids. But they aren't interested. Our youngest son is into the rat pack, and likes jazz and blues.

I have a vinyl copy of the film soundtrack somewhere. Sort of Beethoven
through thick fog, but strangely moreish to listen to.

Incidentaly, talking 60's, my husband's father had a brush with Profumo when he visited his air force base. Profumo apparently instructed him in a high-handed way to go and get him a packet of cigarettes, but he never reimbursed him. My father-in-law never forgave him.

The man was an absolute cad and a bounder, I'll not hear otherwise.

Encarta® World English Dictionary © 1999 >>> What with all that talk of [search] angels, you know, sort of a Hell's Angels lite kind of thing. I was hoping they might be making a comeback, I always really enjoyed the music of the Who. Or were you a posh 'stay out of the rain' Mod with a Ford Anglia or Popular?

Shanks pony. Granny shoes and a packamac.
No posh for me (unless I got a ride)
The quintessence of sartorial nice though, was a tweed suit
(greeny-grey herringbone) with a longish straight skirt, lacy knitted
knitted stockings (expensive, they were), round necked wooly jumper,
me lace-up grannies and a short bleached crop. Black car touch-up
paint on nails. I couldn't quite stomach the teeny weeny crucifix
round the neck, even though it was de riguer. Oh, don't get me going!
Where are they now, the togs of yesteryear?
I wish I had some of that stuff today, even though I couldn't wear it.
I worked in the Army and Navy Stores M.Q dept, for almost a year, so I
got gear cost.
Sort of Beethoven through thick fog, but strangely moreish to listen to.

The soundtrack was good.
I wasn't too stuck on the actual movie.

Good.
I should think not.

I think you're being hasty. Obviously, we could all learn so much from these
people. Come on, we can all join ALIA together.

These people bring new meaning the the term "white trash." I believe they may
not rate that highly... I believe they may be... snake handlers.
