I work week-ends in a ALU (alterative living unit) govered by the laws of DDA. My shift is 3p on Friday thru Sunday to 8p. My total hours for that shift are 37. My question relates to non payment for staying over (or sleep time) during the week-end. We have been told that our pay is broken down to cover all hours. If that is the case my pay comes out to 2.25 a hour. Can they do this?
