I work for a company that provides me a company vechile. I had an accident, now my company wants to make me work overtime to pay half of the accident. I am salaried employee, each hour I work overtime they are keeping the time/money for payment of the accident. Is this legal? I need some guidance. I live in North Carolina :

Generally speaking, no it is not. That's what the company has insurance on the vehicle for. If deductions are being made from your pay without your written authorization, that is a violation of NC Wage payment laws, and you can file a claim with the state Dept. of Labor.
