i am from sc and was hired on a hourly rate and was payed a hourly rate for the first pay period then was told that i was on salary the next pay period based on a 35hr week but work more than 35hrs every week also do you have to be in supervision to be on salary?i was told that i could take time off during the week to compensate for the overage in time but i am not able to do because i am the only person they have to do that job
