The state of nebraska is saying i owe $19,253.23 in back child support. I am a lifetime resident of Kansas, and the mother of my child which i am paying support on moved to Nebraska in May of 2001. The state of Kansas S.R.S. has sent numberous copies of my payments,certified mail and faxes, but no response. This is ruining my credit and i cant do a thing about it. I have contacted Nebraska myself and they told me "We will take care of this issue and get in contact with you when it is resolved". This is the 4th year i have been trying to take care of this and nothing. Please, anyone with advice come foward to help me with my situation!
