Miy husband was recetnly taken back to court by his ex for an increase in child support due to a change in her employment status. She took a new job with a $50K paycut claiming this was best she could do. The court believed her and then also imputed my husbands income to $15k more then he makes! The result was an increase in CS way over the maximum guideline number. It is NJ and it is an over guidelines case but the results were based on inaccurate salary rates, inaccurate tax rates and the judge took away his visitation credit. The Ex is a completely hostile, manipulatng Parental Alientator who has poisened the kids against us. The Judge does not believe in PAS so she has now financially incented the EX to keep this kids away fromus The Judge also forced him to provide our joint tax return which shows my salary, deductions, etc. She would not accept a redacted return which is the proper policy. I could go on and on but my what I want to do is file a complaint against this Judge. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this situation. My husband pays way too much as it is and then this unfair, bias toward the EX is ridiculous. SHe will now think she can quit this job and work for pennies and he can pick up the rest!

Yes, your husband (not you) should file a complaint against the Judge with whatever state agency oversees Judges' behavior.
If the time limit hasn't elapsed, your husband should either file for a rehearing, or file an appeal. He needs an attorney, if he can't afford one he can check with legal aid. Also ask around to see if any attorney will take the case pro bono or reduced cost. If his case involves the state CS enforcement agency, he can also write to the attorney general about the situation. From what you posted, it sounds like he did not get a fair hearing and was up against a very biased judge. Good luck.
