I am the non custodial parent now, My X will remarry soon and we've talked about making me the custodial parent, because she is moving to Italy with her new husband(who is in the military). She is employed now, but is pregnant and will probably not work once she moves. My question is how will child support work when she is not working and remmarried? If I gain custody and she is to pay support will the percentage be taken from her net worth( meaning his and her income combined?) I reside in Texas and 20% is what I pay to her now.

Child support will be based on incomes and your state's CS guidelines. No, her new husband's income won't be used. If she isn't going to be working, the court will impute an income to her- based on what she could be earning. Even if she's not working, the law requires that both parents support thier child, so the court will order an amount for her to pay, if her new hubby wishes to pay it for her that's fine, but pregnancy, moving out of the country and remarriage does not obsolve her of the responsibilty to support her child.
