Okay, I'm 18 and my girlfriend is 16. Her mother and my mother don't want us together. My mother can't do anything about it, but what about her mother? She has no proof that we ever had sex, so she couldn't do anything right? Isn't there a two year Law that says we can't get introuble if it's just two years apart.

Can YOUR mother legally stop you from seeing this 16-year-old? As far as I know, no, she can't legally do anything, but she certainly can say "if you live in my house, then you have to follow my rules"

Can the mother of the 16-year-old stop you from seeing her? Yes, she can. Rather you've had sex or not, her child is a minor, so Mom's in charge.
