I'm not sure what to do about a girl that I work with. She has become untouchable where I work. She is the owners little pet and no one can tell her anything even him. She is one of the worst empolyees on top of it. Starting last week she has decided since she and I don't get along to start making smacking noises behind my head by smacking her elbow. She did this three times. Later that day she decided to trip me. My question is this, if she keeps this up, what if anything can I do about it. I love my job and no one can do anything about her. :confused:

Making smaking noises behind your head is not illegal harassment. You can complain internally about this but you do not have any legal recourse.

Tripping you MIGHT grant you an assault charge (if the police don't laugh you out of the station) but the burden of proof will be on you to show that she did it deliberately.
