My question is this; the company i work for fired a number of workers for
drugs. but this is not my consern what is is the manner in wich the company
did it buy use of intrapment it took two guys from an out side security
agency. it took them several months before they even maid a move. durring that time they wuold harass the workers in to giving them what they wanted.
is this leagal for the company to entrap and allow harassment of it`s employees

I would need far more detail than you have provided before concluding that illegal entrapment took place. But unless you were one of the workers fired, you were correct in your first sentence; it's not your concern.
