Are there any kind of banking accounts (personal or comercial)that the Texas Child Support cannot take money out of if you are behind in your payments?
CS enforcement agencies can seize ANY accounts with the NCP's name on them. This includes business accounts, any type of joint accounts. In other words if the NCP's name is on it- it is likely to be seized.
