I work for an inbound call center in TX but our headquarters is located in TN. It's not a exhausting postion because there's no real manual labor. I only have a couple of questions.
1) As an employee, am I bounded by the labor laws in TX or the labor laws in TN?
2) Are there any restrictions stating the maximum amount of hours that can be worked for either state?
3) If overtime is provided for the company, am I able to work as much as I want without taking lunches or breaks?
