 i am a 17 year old girl. my birthday is november 26, 1988. i really need to get out of my mothers house. everyday is nothing but yelling and arguing. i do not get along with my mother or my 2 sisters. and my mom is back with her ex man. he always finds ways to get me and my mother fighting. i CANNOT stand him at all. i do poorly in school and im always getting grounded. the reason i do poorly in school is because im worried about other things. and i cannot concentrate. i do not want to go back home after school. i curently am seeing somebody. he is 19 years old and he lives with his father and attends a college. i haven't talked to him about moving in with him but if he agree's, do i have to have my parents permission to move out and be with him?

Yes, you do. You cannot move out without your parent's permission until you are 18.
