I work in a family resturant and we are a franchise. Sometimes on the weekends the owner and the salary managers will serve and make a server or two pull food out of the window instead of taking tables... These tips are not being reported and answer me how fair that is for an hourly employee to not be out there making tips when the manager should be in the window....Ok so is this legal?

Fair? Probably not. Legal? Probably. How do you know they aren't claiming the tips?
