I Work In Alaska State, And Am Not Sure Where To Begin....
Iam Working For An Indian Corporation Where They Have Native Preferance To All Jobs, I However Am Not Native But Was Eccepted For The Job As A Temporay Part Time Position, When My Position Became Available For Full Time Permanant, I Asked If I Could Take The Position. I Was Told By My Supervisor That She Was Instructed To Hire A Native And Keep My At Full Time Hours And Remain At A Temporary Position. I Told My Supervisor That I Was Going To Seek Other Employment That Had Benifits At The End Of The Month. I Recived A Letter Of Termanation Acceptance With My Following Pay Check. I Accepted Another Job. And Continued To Work On Call For Them, Now That It Is The Holliday Season I Was Told That There Was A Termanation Sheet Filed And That I Lost All Of The Accumulated Hours Required To Recieve Holliday Pay Or A Bonus. I Was Not Informed Of Being Termanated And Continue To Work For Them On Call And Now Have To Restart Accumulating Hours. Is This Leagal? Can They Hire And Fire Me Without Notice???

Is This Leagal? Yes. You resigned. At that point you undoubtedly lost all seniority and all eligibility for any company-provided benefits.

Can They Hire And Fire Me Without Notice??? Yes.

P.S. It is very difficult to read a post when the first letter of every word is capitalized.
