My life has been a roller coaster since my parents split when I was nine. My father is an alcholic and mentally and physically abusive. I have made a call on one occasioon to my local police when he hit me and they didnt belive me, and he has been arrested for hitting my step-mohter, but he is still here.And my mother really dosnt care about me. She acts like she does, but she lives six hours away, and she knows i couldn't ajust to the culture shock. My best friend Judy came into my life a little over a year ago and she and her family have been there for me so much. Her mother has offered to allow me to move in with them and let me stay there for nothing. My father dosnt want me here and he wants to send me to live with my mother, however, i would much rather move in with my friend Judy and her family. They really care about me. But I am fifteen years old, How can I make it legal for me to move out of my home and so there isnt anything that my parents could do about it? My friend mother would be willing to obtain legal gaurdianship over me too!
