My husband was recently let go from his job. He had 9 unused vacation days. Is his employer suppose to pay him for those days? He stood up as a whistleblower and was terminated.

GA law does not require the payout of vacation days at termination. In fact, if I may say so without incurring the wrath of my friends in Atlanta (none of whom post here that I know of, so I probably can :) ) GA barely requires pay.
