Is it legal for the owner of the company, who was also my boss to cuss me out? He would sometimes use the F word. He would do this in front of other people.

There is nothing illegal about being an asshole.

However, if he puts his hands on you, that is assault. File charges.

If he calls you and harasses you, in my state, that is called telephone communciations. File charges if he calls harassing you.

Using vulgarity, even in front of customers, may be rude and unprofessional but it does not violate the law and does not give you any legal recourse.
