Hi, I broke up with my daughter's father because he was on drugs really bad and he was not a good influence around me or my child. I took him to court for childsupport and I was receiving childsupport for my daughter on and off because he would work and then quit because he didn't want to pay childsupport. After that he took me to court for visitation and I told the judge that he was on drugs and that I did not trust him and he was a threat to me and my child as far as I was concerned and the judge still granted this crazy man visitation even though it was supervised. It interfered with my hours after work because I work full time. We had to go to a mediator and that really made me upset because I had to miss work because he was actually harassing me through the courts. Back in 2004 he took me to court because he said that 85 dollars was to much for him to pay and that he only wanted to pay 25 dollars a week. He is $7,863 delinquent in childsupport payments now. I want to take him back to court raise my childsupport but I'm afraid because he will harrass me through the courts.

Illinois is to easy with deadbeat dads. What should I do?
