Hi All,
Another question -
I live and work in Massachusetts, where an employer was paying me cash.
there were no time cards, etc - just a verbally telling the hours I worked and getting paid accordingly. Now, for several reasons,I will have to file and claim mt earnings, again, not an issue.
My question is this - Is it true that an employer can pay employees under the table ( and not claim or declare, or any other ramifications ) up to $600.00 a week?
