Trying to find case laws and rulings in Illinois in regards to imputing income and earning capacity
In the process of hiring my old attorney to help me with the child support modification that is in process right now through the OAG and SAO,
Since the ex took a pay cut due to his own ignorance I wonder just what the liklihood that the judge would even listen to my request to please impute his income? Has anyone had a case like this? OR know where I can find some case rulings with regards to this issue that I can bring up with the attorney when Imeet with him next week?
The ex also filed a motion to modify support for loss of wages pro se, They wont combine this with my pettion that was already on the court docket will they? Wont he have a seperate court date for his filing?

I didn't find anything in the Ill. Supreme court on imputing income. I have to leave for a bit but I will come back and look some more and see if I find something
