Hello. I am a former employee of a Staffing company (name withheld) and while working there as an Office Administrator, I was informed that Georgia has a max for overtime pay which is anything in excess of $27.63 will not receive time and a half. Where can I find this and is this correct.?

You must be talking about the exemption for Computer Professionals under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act, to which Georgia defaults. If you qualify as exempt under this classification, you are exempt from overtime pay.
