My ex, to whom I've never been married, and I share custody of our son who turned one today. She left three months ago, and we've tried to remain civil towards each other for his sake. We have split parenting time or custody down the middle, 3.5 days each, same days every week. I have been very fair with holidays which seem to be our only problem area. So far she has had him for every major holiday and sends him to her parent's, out of state, every so often. However, she always bends the dates of these trips. We coulld not find a middle ground for christmas. She wouldn't budge, so I told her she could have him under one condition, we come to a written agreement where each party has custody for a preset amount of time ever other year. This seems to be a reasonable resolve.

My question is this, does anyone know where I can find a generic agreement of this type online that I could taylor to fit my needs? I do not intend to pull a fast one on her, but I don't want to omit anything important either. I wish to draw the papers myself because I believe once either of us involves an attorney, the stuff will hit the fan. That is what I'm trying to avoid.

Any advice would be great, I'd like to thank you in advance.
