she gave me full custody but i dont know how to get the custody papers and stuff like that without going to court. cause it seems like going to court means that the two parties dont fully agree with whos getting custody but we both agree for me to have him. so is there a way that we can do it without the court issues?

do you have an attorney? I think you will probably have to go through the courts to get it signed by the judge. If you have an attorney he/she should be able to draft the papers, have you and mom sign, and then send to the judge.

Don't forget to petition to have your child support stopped and to file for child support from her. CONGRATULATIONS!

In some states a para legal can draw up the papers for you, and then you can have the Judge sign them. Maybe your state allows that.

You will have to pay a paralegal however their fees are minimal. They dont even charge a retainer.(wheww) ;) If you can go through a paralegal, yes it should be relatively quick. You will still have to have a judge sign it though.
