My job is in a bay washing big rig trucks. The bay has a door at both ends and is unheating and unvented. This is a problem because it is at times 10 degrees or less and we are wet all day long. The trucks put off carbon monoxide and is only vented as the doors are open. We are also not provided with a clean drinking water. I was wondering if there are any laws against any of this as it seems like a unfit work inviornment?

I have friends in PA, and all I can say, is, BRRRRRR!

Looks like the place to start may be the division of Occupational & Industrial Safety in PA. http://www.dli.state.pa.us/landi/cwp/view.asp?a=144&q=208344
