Could anyone point me in the direction of information regarding temporary agencies and how they fit into Ohio empoyment laws. I'm trying to find out how long a company can employ a person through a temporary agency before hiring them, full-time to temp ratio a company must maintain(if any), etc, etc. Seems there are a lot of companies around that are trying to avoid paying people benefits and actually (indirectly) it appears they may even be dodging taxes by not paying the temporary employee and the employment agency combined an hourly rate equal to that of one full-time employee of the company. This all seems very shady to me I would like to investigate a little further for myself.

Any help in the form of articles or links where i can find some of this information online would be really great...thanks ahead of time.

There is no such law regarding length of employment through a temporary services agency in any state. You can "google" for articles, though. Try some of the HR-related sites.
