My son is 13 and has lived with his mom for 5 years, he now wants to live for me as he is unhappy with living conditions. While he spends weekends with me he tells me "I dont want to go back" I am remarried and he has a baby sister whom he loves dearly. We are a family together. He is filled with sorrow when the time arrives for him to leave. We want him to live with us, we can provide with a better quality of life. then to the big question should I contact the child support division about changing support? when he comes to live with us :confused:

I say yes chang the order of support because there is no need for you to still pay her for your son that is staying with you. Make her pay so and then just give the money to your son as allowance or something like that so he can get what he wants. Or open a bank account just for the child support.
