Greetings,

My staff and I are experiencing a complex situation where we beleive we are all being abused, witnessing harrassment in
various ways and needed some advice in Arizona.

In short, our boss is hiring only "young girls" for various positions that he is creating.
In the past, his former administrator accused him of sexual harassment (as a side note),
but was never charged and the case was dismissed internally.
Our current administrator has advised me that he has shown
her porno and condems in his drawer, as well as making
various sexual jokes around her. She has advised him to ease
off but it continues. He has also made comments about
her weight (and she's not even overweight) and she also officially
warned him to stop, but it continued. Since she is getting married
and doesn't "play the game" he has threatened to replace her with
a younger admin. He has interviewed plenty of qualified applicants
of all backgrounds and ethnicities but he will only hire "young
female workers" and will not offer jobs to other qualified applicants.
Noting that the young females are hired purely on looks and not
on credentials, and this can be proven. Now our admin fears
that she is slowly being ousted so he can replace her with a younger girl -
because he threatens her indirectly each day.
He also speaks of sexual situations constantly and makes us all feel uncomfortable
(and I am a male). When confronted or advised of how we feel,
he blows up and curses at us. He has signed various
sexual harassment training documentation but violates most
of them.

The issue is that I, being the 2nd in
command, am now aware of all that is going on and feel obligated
to come forward. Our boss is also a controlling personality with a violent temper.
He physically jumped on another member of supervision once, and has threatened to
kill a few people. He also states that he can get anyone killed
that crosses his path because he knows the right people.
So everyone is afraid to step forward for fear of some kind of retaliation.
On top of all this he makes various suicidal references to killing himself,
so he is NOT a stable individual -- BUT all customers and upper
management staff think he is the "golden child" but this is due
to his subordinates working so hard, we make him look good. He
is a master manipulator and he acts as if he can slide
out of any complaint filed against him!

There's so much more, but those bascially violate company policies more than anything. Is there anything we can do as far as "age/sex discrimination" for his hiring practices? Also, is there a suspected harassment issues with the jokes and the weight comments. With his
violent outburts we are all SCARED and need some advise before we approach our HR department for protection against this individual. Thanks.
