i was shafted my last week of pay and the first week of pay from teaching at a private school in Blytheville Arkansas

I thght that I would see my first week of pay on my last check but suprisingly found that i was only paid for one wk should have been 4 3 wks

who do I need to talk to?

I will ask my employer one more time to fix this already once and if she wil not I am seeking action

If you are due wages that the employer has not paid, then your recourse is to contact Arkansas' Department of Labor and file a complaint.
